Good questions
How many days of recording will I get?
It depends on the number of cameras, their resolution and the hard disk size. Tell us how many days you want to keep, and the quote will size the hard disk for it.
Can I watch the cameras on my mobile?
Yes. We set up the viewing app on your phone. Watching from outside your premises needs a working internet connection at the site.
Will it record during a power cut?
Only if the recorder and cameras have backup power. We recommend connecting them to a UPS or inverter, and can supply one.
Do you keep access to my cameras?
No. We set the passwords during installation and hand them over to you. Change them whenever you like; we only need access if you ask us for support.
What about privacy?
Cameras should cover your own premises. We won't point cameras into a neighbour's property or a private area such as a washroom.
